Shipping policy

Shipping Availability: We ship to the USA, UK, Canada and Australia (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Please note we only ship Monday–Friday. (If you placed an order over the weekend, it will ship the following Monday).

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days.

Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination.

USA Shipping: 3 – 5 Business Days

UK, CA, AU Shipping: 7 – 10 Business Days

Shipping cost: $6.99 for orders below $40. Free shipping on all 2- and 3-bottle bundles.

Tracking Information: Tracking information will be emailed once the order has been shipped.

Out of Stock Items: In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.

Damaged or Lost Items: If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to meet the given timelines.
